The body lotions that we constantly use are not as great as they look. Most of the top-brand lotions contain many ingredients that can be extremely toxic and dangerous.

Most dangerous ingredients in your lotion:

Fragrance or “perfume” (the presence of hormone-disrupting phthalates)
Benzyl alcohol (carcinogenic)
PEG-100 stearate (contaminated with 1,4  dioxane, known for the high rates of carcinogenesis)

These commercial products are extremely harmful and can cause side effects. So, why don’t you try making your own lotion? We have a homemade lotion that is prepared from healthy ingredients and it is completely safe to use.
