Aloe vera is a very popular remedy for hair and skin treatments. It has proteolytic enzymes that stimulate hair growth by repairing the damaged follicles and cells and removing the dead ones.

Ingredients:

Aloe vera gel: 2 tablespoons
Aloe vera juice (Method 2)

Process: (Method 1)


If you can’t get readymade aloe vera gel, extract it from a leaf yourself.
Take a leaf and slice it with a knife, and then scoop the gel out.
Blend the gel so that it becomes easy to apply.
Massage with the gel for about 55 minutes and then leave it on for up to 25 minutes.
Rinse with warm water.

Process: (Method 2)

Regularly consume aloe vera juice, which is also good for body and hair.

Frequency:

Repeat this twice a week.

°2 Amla

Amla is the perfect source for antioxidants and vitamin C, which works like magic fo hair thinning. It boosts the collagen level in your scalp, making it healthier.

Ingredients:

Amla powder: 1 tablespoon
Lime juice: 1 tablespoon

Process:

Combine the amla powder and lime juice and whisk so that it does not have any lumps.
Apply from root to tip of your hair.
Leave the mixture on till it dries up.
Wash with shampoo and cold water.
You can also consume amla juice or raw amla for better results.

Once a week.
Henna Leaves
Henna leaves strengthen your hair cuticles and maintain its pH, making your scalp healthier.

Ingredients:

Fresh henna leaves: a bunch
Water: 1 cup

Process:

Grind the henna leaves to get a smooth mixture.
Add water if needed.
Completely cover your scalp and hair in the henna mixture.
Leave it on for about 3 hours.
Wash.

Once a month.
